It can be as simple as a tiny pivot towards another direction, to fix something that has ceased to be productive. Or, it can be as bold as a 180-degree turn away from what is comfortable, like turning nothing into something. Whatever it is, know that Change is inevitable. It is our gift to discern that empowers us to decide on how far we want to go. You can either catch the light or dampen it down.

No. My parents did not name me Bongster at birth. It is a moniker I acquired as I went through every Change I decided upon. A combination of my name, Bong, and a word that describes my gargantuan passion, Monster.
I have worked in the creative industry for many years. I am a successful branding and marketing professional. I am an established restaurateur. I am a TV presenter. I am also a life and personality coach. At the onset, it would seem that I do so many things. But to me, it is only one thing: I help Ignite Change.
Here’s a summary of my achievements and expertise:
Incepted the Brand Identity, Company & Culture Creation and the official launch of the world acclaimed Marina Bay Sands Singapore.
Developed and launched the iconic Levi’s Global Rebranding Campaign- “Go Forth” across the Asia Pacific region.
Created the Starwood Global Branded Up-Selling Modules, a sales-centric program intended to uplift each hotel’s revenue without compromising on their own distinctive identity within Starwood hotel brands.
Facilitated the Personal Branding Re-Engineering Playshop for the award-winning ACCOR IHMP Program (General Managers Fast Track Program).
Attained a Master License of Neuro Linguistic Programing Practitioner - by the co-founder of NLP, Dr. Richard Bandler.
Engineered a bespoke mindset-shifting program for Citibank Asia Pacific with the core objective to humanize the banking experience. The Citi Signature Experience was successfully piloted across Asia Pacific and currently being adopted by Citibank US as an integral part of the global rollout.
Transformed an abandoned the original TCM Hospital in Singapore into a trendy buzzing Café at Telok Ayer Street – My Awesome Café, honored by Red Dot Design Museum as one of the Design District Icons in Singapore.
Launched a new TV show - "Mission Restorable" a 6-episode Info-Ed series. He was the TV Host plus the Featured Industrial Designer in restoring and reinventing old objects - giving them a new lives.
Bongster has interacted with audiences in Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Singapore, India, Australia United Kingdom and The United States.
